They go to class the following day not understanding most of what the lecturer has to say. If they learn to manage their time well in the day, they should still have some quality time to be asleep.

If you want to be very active every day, you must make out time for sleeping well in the night. You won't also have problems with your metabolic activities. Not sleeping well can also make one increase in weight. Obesity in adults and children is likelier by 85% and 55% respectively if they fail to maintain good sleeping habits. One reason why this is possible is that the hormone that regulates appetite is not sufficient. The strength to exercise is also diminished and lack of exercises brings about weight gain.

Sleep makes it easier for the body to ward off harmful pathogens by building its immune system. As it does this, it makes the person likelier to live longer than his counterpart who rarely has the time for it. Working in the day predisposes one to ultraviolet light and stress but you need not to worry about these if you have a good sleeping habit.
